SIFT Data Center Sdn Bhd collects information submitted through its project-enquiry form for the purpose of assessing data center, site, energy, water, technology, investment and partnership opportunities.

Information collected

This may include contact information, organisation details, proposed locations, land and utility information, intended capacity, project timelines, NDA requests and project notes. Authorised SIFT users may review, export and analyse submissions for project qualification and follow-up.

Use and access

Information is used for project assessment, communication, opportunity matching, feasibility planning and management reporting. Access to form submissions is restricted to authorised users through the SIFT Data Center Netlify account.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Netlify for hosting and form-submission services. Information may be processed in the regions used by that service.

Retention and rights

Records are retained while an opportunity remains relevant and as required for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be sent to info@siftdatacenter.com.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, including restricted Netlify account access and controlled exports. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This notice should be reviewed against applicable Malaysian and project-country data-protection requirements before final public launch.
